Northpoint balloon ocean theme decor

Recently we did a balloon ocean decoration at Yishun Northpoint.

The crowd was massive and we had a fun filled 9 days with lots of activities such as magic shows, balloon workshops and many more!

The objective is to bring fun to the neighborhood and at the same time celebrate the school holiday season with the Yishun people!

The entrance of the balloon ocean is a shark's mouth, check out more photos at Jocelyn Balloons blog post!

The most challenging factor is to actually maintain the balloons in good shine and shape for 9 days! Actually 12 days including the 3 days of set up period where my balloons are already exposed to the surrounding.

We are dealing with lots and lots of balloon decorations recently, mainly for birthday parties.
The demand for such service has been increasing, and that's definitely good news!

Stay tune for more updates and signing off!

Balloon Arch Decoration for TRO Singapore 2014!

Hi guys! I'm back here to blog, and I'm very excited to blog because I'm doing a event at Marina Barrage!

And the event was a huge success! There's lots of balloons, loud music, enthusiastic people and so much more! And not to mention my balloon arch!

This is the arch basic form. The top part of the arch is called a Illusion balloon arch, and the sides are just normal spiral balloon arch. A good combination I must say!

After assembling the "TRO" and "2014"  balloon alphabets and numbers, it's COMPLETED!

Finally after the even, a group photo holding on the balloon alphabets. I'm glad everything went fine and everyone had a blast!

This is the first time I'm dealing with such winds while doing the arch, I was really horrible for me as the arch kept toppling and the balloon kept flying away as the winds was so strong at Marina Barrage! But I was glad that my friend, Robert was there to help me.

And that is for this post! Thank you for reading and hope to see you visiting my blog again! :D

Goodnights!

Balloon decoration for a company's dinner and dance

Hello guys! I'm back for more updates! :D

Today I just did a balloon decoration for a corporate event held at a ballroom! And the ballroom is super huge! Took my team and I a super long time to complete this long border , 4 balloon columns, and a almost 3.5m balloon arch. But it was a challenge and I'm sure we did a pretty good job! :D

Panaroma shot of the entire balloon decoration.

Lastly two more additional balloon columns decoration at the stage.

It was a fun and tiring project. But overall the client was satisfied! I'm am glad to hear that as well! And I hope that the event went perfectly normal and fun!

Goodbye!

All about balloon arches

Today I'd like to talk more about a balloon arch

This is a simple balloon spiral arch that I just did today.

Balloon arches are great, they look astounding for entrances, they tell people that a event is going now, it shows that this is the way to "enter" and it can also portray a companies image or a event's theme. There's so many plus points for a balloon arch.

And these are the things I love about a balloon arch. and the things I hate about a balloon arch is the tearing down. It may take us 30mins - 1hr 30mins to complete a arch, but it only takes 5 - 10 minutes to burst everything and dismantle the arch. It just feels as if all the hard work is gone. (but the popping is fun)

But some people may think that a simple arch is very simple, and it doesn't really matter if it's going to be teared down sooner or later.

Wrong, there's no arch that's simple. To me that is, personally I feel that a simple arch is equally challenging as if it's simple, the flaws are easily noticeable. So it's very important that each and every balloon size is accurate and precise.

So to conclude, There's no arch that's simple. Every arch is a balloon artist's hard work and effort to make it beautiful and presentable so that it'll reflect well on your event or function, and our professional image.

Balloon Spiral arch for SISTIC

Hello everyone! Sorry for not updating my blog for so long as I've been super busy with current events and upcoming events! Here's one of the arch that my team and I did!

SISTIC!

Sistic balloon arch

Just a simple arch, with a few balloons tied around for a celebration ambiance. It's a quick and easy spiral arch, with a bit of customisation as you can see from the arch, we placed a the logo on the arch to represent the arch. :D

My team and I had lot of fun doing it as what I always say, balloons make people happy! And when it makes others happy, it makes me happy as well! :D

Alright! I shall update more next time! Good bye! Off to run some errands!

Balloon decoration updates!

Hello everybody! I'm back to update my blog!

Did a lot of balloon decorations, and helped out a few of my fellow balloon artists with their balloon decorations, it was indeed a very fun and exciting week!

Did get much of the photos, so I'm just going to post as much as I can post. :D

First up! What I have here is a mask arch. It wasn't easy to do, as there's a metal frame shaping the mask, so I spent almost 30 minutes doing the frame for the mask before we can weave the balloons onto the mask.

And the weaving part was the most strenuous, it took my friend, Jazz, almost 2 hours+ to complete the base of the mask.

After adding all the details, we took around 4 -5 hours to complete the mask. Didn't take any photos of the process of the mask as we were rushing for time! But I did take the outcome!

It was a super tiring decoration, to handle with the outdoor wind, the sharp edges of the doors and lastly stabilising the humongous mask. But we manage to pull it off eventually! :D

Next! I did another decoration with a another artist and we're doing a very cute theme for my client..

It's a Little Twin Star theme balloon decoration! :D

Here's the photos!

It was actually supposed to be separated, the balloon columns and the balloon display, but we ended up putting them together because they really look really good together. :D

And I really hope the mummy loves this balloon decoration that we did for her daughter! :D

I hope everyone had a wonderful new year! I shall go get some rest now. Goodnights! :D

A fruitful week!

HELLO EVERYBODY!

Finally finished my entire day of work, and I'm here now to update more about my decoration days this week. :D

First off, I'm going to show you guys more Rainbow Arches! Seems like Rainbow Arches are very popular. Haha!

Here's what we did for a local school! :D

Took us around 2 hours to complete this balloon arch decoration as the client wanted clusters of balloon grass at each ends of the arch with some sunflowers to go with it!

And after we finished this decoration, and the client approved this design, my team and I went off to have a early lunch! :D

I hope everyone that's sees this arch when they're attending the school event will appreciate and like my balloon arch! And I hope everyone will have a great time over there! :D

Next up!

I did another super cute balloon decoration for a pastor that's coming back from overseas. And the client wanted SHEEPS! :D

So I met up with the client, and a did one sheep as an example for her to see how the sheep would look like, and I''m glad that she liked the design! And she confirmed the decoration with me afterwards. :D

And without further ado, I shall show you what I've done for the cute sheep decoration!

Here's the end results of the decoration that I did for 3 hours! A herd of sheep! And there's different expression to each and every different sheep! Like some eyes are normal, some are happy, some are female and some are lovely. But there's one that's dizzy. Haha!

And I did a few sheep that are removable and the client had an idea to put the sheep on top of one of the trees. So cute and imaginative! :D

I really hope everyone including the pastor will be very glad and happy to see all the sheep! And also get mesmerised by their cuteness! :D

Alright, I shall be going to take a rest now, having a balloon workshop session with a student tomorrow afternoon. Goodnights! :D

Balloon Rainbow Arch decoration for a children's party!

Hello everybody! Since it's the first post of this blog, I'm going to show more of balloon decorations of kids birthday party! :D
Here's a balloon decoration that I've just did for a children's party! It's a rainbow balloon arch!

Balloon Rainbow Arch Decoration

Took me around 3 hours to do it with one of my team members. It took slightly longer because we didn't prepare the sunflowers beforehand, so we had to sculpting all the sunflowers for this balloon arch on the spot. Which took us almost an hour. Doing around.. Maybe 8 sunflowers? There's more on the other side. :D

After it's done, it's already night, we went to have a late dinner and head home to rest for more events the next day. :D

Alright, I shall update more balloon decorations and kids birthday party events next time! See you soon! :D
